Refund Policy
1. Short Courses
All BHA School of Lighting short courses are offered on a non-refundable basis.
- Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Course fees are non-refundable once registration has been confirmed.
- No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for failure to attend, incomplete participation, or withdrawal from a course.
- Students are responsible for completing all course requirements within the allocated enrolment period.
Extension Fees
If a student exceeds the allocated study period for a short course, an extension fee of US$90.00 per additional month of enrolment will apply.
Extension requests are subject to approval and payment of the applicable extension fee.
2. Advanced Diploma in Illumination Engineering and Lighting Design
Course Fees
All fees for the Advanced Diploma in Illumination Engineering and Lighting Design are non-refundable.
Enrolment constitutes acceptance of the financial commitment associated with the programme, and no refunds or partial refunds will be provided following registration and payment.
Programme Duration
Students are expected to complete all course material, assignments, assessments, and final examinations within the prescribed two-year study period.
Extension Fees
Students who do not complete the programme within the allocated two-year enrolment period may request an extension of study.
Approved extensions will be charged at a rate of US$90.00 per additional month of enrolment.
This fee applies for each month, or part thereof, beyond the original enrolment period until all programme requirements have been completed.
Additional Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Advanced Diploma in Illumination Engineering and Lighting Design programme, students acknowledge and agree that:
- All course fees are non-refundable.
- The programme is designed to be completed within a two-year enrolment period.
- Any extension beyond the two-year study period will incur a fee of US$90.00 per month.
- Extension fees must be paid before continued access to course resources, assessments, or examination opportunities is granted.
